I know this is very late from the day that I did this activity, but I don’t think that I can let this go unsaid. During our first week away from home, we went to the Adelphi Theatre and we saw the sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies. To say that this musical was good, or even amazing, would not do this musical or the performance justice. Every last detail, down to the very last note and prop, was so carefully constructed to heighten the experience of every audience member. The props looked like they were straight from a Hollywood blockbuster and the actors’ voices were immaculate! The Phantasma scenes added that childhood imaginative feeling and the love triangles made such a plethora of suspense. Then there was Christine Diaae. Every last note that bellowed from her gorgeous voice sent goosebumps running through the crowd. There is no way that anyone could not fall deeply in love with this musical! This is one to watch again and again.
